We had a fantastic stay at Cottages Lyndale Farm. The facilities were fantastic, with a spacious kitchen and all the necessary amenities for cooking. The bedroom had a spacious ensuite, and the living room offered a comfortable space with an amazing view. The owner, Helen, was incredibly helpful and responsive, even assisting us with ferry tickets. The cottage's secluded and private location allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, including stunning sunsets and grazing sheep and cows. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

The cottage was exactly what we needed for a cozy Christmas getaway. the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking our own meals, and the spacious living room had the best view. We enjoyed waking up to the sight of sheep and cows grazing nearby. the location was perfect for exploring the island, being centrally located between Portree and Dunvegan.

The spotty WiFi, but that's to be expected on the island and we were actually happy to disconnect. these were minor inconveniences that didn't overshadow the enjoyable experience at the cottage.

We had a truly delightful stay at the Farm Cottage. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful island of Skye. the cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a new bath/rain shower in the bathroom. We loved being able to take a short 5-minute walk to the deserted beach nearby. the cleanliness and quality of the cottage were exceptional, making us feel right at home. it was a wonderful experience.

If I had to mention one small detail, it would have been nice to have a blind for the front door window.

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying at this property. There was plenty of space for the two of us and parking right outside. Everything was modern and clean, with superb facilities. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was idyllic, surrounded by nature and offering beautiful sunset views. We found it convenient for exploring both the east and west sides of the island. Helen, the host, was friendly and helpful, even providing recommendations for restaurants.

The wood burner and a wee dram in the evenings were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location was ideal for visiting all parts of Skye and the mainland.
